They decided to purchase instead of rent. We wanted to pay via credit card over the phone or online and were told that they can only accept online payments for rentals and not purchases. It's 2018, for heaven's sake! I have never heard of anything so utterly ridiculous! I will NEVER do business with Mens Wearhouse again! Totally insane!
