I like the prices and selection of products but the Family Dollar on Franklin Street in Waterloo is horrible. The aisles are constantly clogged with crates & boxes, disorganized, or just plain dirty and many of the associates are rude. Our last visit there was a very disheartening one. The cashier was obviously racially motivated, treating us with blatant disrespect compared to her treatment of other customers. We will avoid this particular store in the future.
