  I always go shopping at dillards. Karen who works at Estée Lauder counter is very kind and helpful. She goes above and beyond to get to best products and also makes sure you get a best deal on it. Mariela who works at lancome counter is great too. Have shopped a lot of beauty products from Dillards.

  I went to Dillard's today to buy my first professional suit. Easily the best customer service I have ever experienced at any other store, ever. An employee named Katie helped me out and she was wonderful!

  Wish I could rate a zero. Poor Management, woman you work with try to steal your sales. You agree on a certain schedule then they change it and leave you to choose family or work..... Also, what kind of high end clothing store has water dripping in buckets from the ceiling leaking..... that's disgusting. I'm surprised there even open??? Lastly, so when did the laws change that you can no longer practice religion? Dillards says, and I quote " we all miss important things working here" ya, well I think it's against the law to take away religion.....
