  I was told "don't buy from Carpetland" but my builder recommended them because of some guarantee they have so I did. Like buying anything there will almost always be some bumps and bruises. However after installing around 2000 square feet of Laminate flooring in mid November everything went perfect right up in till the weather changed. Once the weather warmed up my flooring cracked and popped like crazy. My home builder blamed Carpetland, Carpetland blamed the product, the manufacturer of the flooring blamed the install. and around and around it went. I wont go into all the details but I will tell you that Carpetland was the ONLY one that stepped up to take care of my issue and they genuinely care about doing the right thing even when no one is looking. It took some time but the end result is that I'm very happy. Doug, Turner Ned and the rest of the Carpetland team did me right and I thought the rest of the internet should know.
